What to expect on your inspection day:
On the day of the inspection i will arrive early and begin the inspection process. I will gather as much information as i can before we meet to discuss the inspection in person, if you choose to do so. The inspection may be emailed to the client in their absence. You will either be expected to sign an online agreement through email or sign in person the day of the inspection. The home inspection may only be delivered to the client, not their representative or agent unless legal documentation is presented. Toward the end of the inspection, we will be able to walk the place and talk about any concerns that you may have or things that I think we should cover while we are together. In most cases, your inspection report is delivered within 24 hours directly through a PDF file. A paper copy is available upon request. REMINDER:There is no perfect house. YOU WILL NOT FIND A FLAWLESS INSPECTION! Remember this if you are a first time homebuyer. An inspection can be daunting when you think you've found the perfect home then receive a 40 page report with many findings. A good inspector may report anything that they view as helpful information to their client. Payment is required before the inspection can be delivered. Typically payment is taken the day of inspection. I am YOUR inspector and I work for you only. I will always have your best interest in mind and will work closely and professionally with your realtor to streamline inspection day and empower your decision. Thank you for trusting me with your home!
